We watch live accidents wherein some situation due to the delay in breaking the windows leads to death or severe injuries. Even at instance where a fire takes place inside a car, the delay in taking the seat belt succumbs to injuries. Now a new rescue tool Victorinox has been launched for emergency rescue which breaks the car windows and also cut the seat belt and suitable for both the hander.
