In today’s fast growing and busy life it is difficult for us to take care of our health. This leads to our falling prey to all sorts of illness. It is common knowledge and outcome of many surveys and studies that we as a generation are weaker in immune systems as compared to our ancestors and predecessors. Even though science and research have created and found cure to many a deadly diseases it still arguable that these symptoms where not as common earlier as they are today. It is therefore imperative that we cultivate healthy habits and keep up our body immune to any outside diseases.
